Shipping Policy

Shipping times typically vary from 3 to 14 business days in the contiguous U.S. and the packages we send are uninsured. Please be sure that you are shipping to a secure and trusted location, as Eternal Clothing Company is not responsible for any stolen packages. Shipping costs and methods will be available during checkout and are subject to price changes depending on the location of your mailing address.

Note that you are responsible for entering the accurate delivery address for your package. Any packages that are returned to Eternal Clothing Company are subject to returned shipping fees.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery of any/all items purchased. If 30 days or more has elapsed since delivery was made we are unfortunately unable to accept a return.
If the return or exchange does not pass an inspection it will be mailed back to your provided mailing address.
Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent. Please include the packing slip with your order number. If there is excessive wrinkling on the returned item, the return is subject to denial.
All returned items must be unworn and unwashed.
Original tags must be attached for return to be accepted.
Items must be returned in original packing sleeve.
Items smelling like cologne, smoke, deodorant or having animal/human hair on them will not be accepted as returns and will be mailed back to the mailing address on file for you.
Items with any stains will not be accepted as returns and mailed back to the mailing address on file for you.
It may take 7-14 business days to process some returns.
If you return may be denied the item will be returned to your mailing address.
We cannot issue a refund to any other payment method than the one used to make the purchase.
